Therefore, when selecting coatings, it is necessary to choose those coatings that have been used for a long time in practice and have good reputation, especially those used by some large heat dissipator manufacturers.

2、 Strictly control the pretreatment quality. There is a saying in the coating industry that "three coatings, seven coatings". In the coating process, the quality of pre-treatment plays a very important role. According to information, the impact of pre-treatment quality on the coating quality is up to more than 50%. The quality of pre-treatment is poor, just like high-rise buildings built in the desert, it is difficult to obtain high-quality coatings. In order to do a good job in pre-treatment, in addition to the quality of pre-treatment materials, whether the time is strictly controlled according to the process requirements provided by the supplier of pre-treatment materials, the temperature and the effective ingredients of the bath solution are crucial. In addition, due to the particularity of the radiator product structure, enough attention should be paid to whether the water washing in each pre-treatment process is guaranteed to be clean.

3、 Pay attention to handling the flash, burr and welding slag generated during the production process of heating radiator, such as cutting and drilling. Otherwise, it is difficult to form a complete coating on these parts during the coating process, which will cause fatal hidden danger to the radiator anti-corrosion.
