1.1 Advantages of patented product ATQD1 antiarc break arc spraying machine
(1) Strong antiarc breaking ability
When arc spraying zinc coating, aluminum coating and their alloy coating (especially Zn85Al15 coating), the arc break is generally recognized problem, but our machine can solve completely this problem. Take 15kg/reel Zn85Al15 alloy wire as example, when spraying two reels of wires at the same time, the average number of arc break is less than 1 time.
(2) Not burning electrode nozzles
Burning electrode nozzle is another problem, but again, our machine can solve completely this problem. Take spraying Zn85Al15 coating as example, one pair of electrode nozzles can spray continuously for 6 to 8 hours or spray continuously 180 ~ 240kg wires.
(3) Good spraying quality
No arc break and continuous spraying can avoid the large particles and wire break during spraying. Small coating particles and uniform apparent quality can ensure the quality of the coating. The adhesion is more than 7Mpa (surface roughness 80  130μm).
(4) High spray efficiency
This machine can spray about 100 m^{2} in each shift, about 40 m^{2} more than common spraying machine. Calculated in 80 Yuan / m2, 3200 Yuan more output can be produced. Take 20% as profit, the net profit of more output is 640 Yuan.
(5) Energy saving
Solving arc break problem in one time or burning electrode nozzle problem in one time takes 5 to 10 minutes. One time of arc break or one time of burning electrode nozzles takes average 20 minutes (conservative estimate), total troubleshooting time is 120 to 240 minutes in 8 hours. In troubleshooting process, air compressor keeps running in general, the air compressor power is about 35kW and noload power is 60%. The energy wasted in eight hours is about: 35kw × (120/60 ~ 240/60) × 60% = 42 ~ 84kWh / shift.

(6) Saving spray material
The material wasted in one time arc break or burning electrode nozzle is about 4m and is about 96m in 8 hours.

(7) Saving labor costs
The average time to resolve one time arc break takes 5 to 10 minutes. If one machine is operated by two people, about 240 to 480 minutes are wasted in 8 hours. The labor hour wasted is 4 to 8 hours in each shift.

(8) Reducing overall construction costs
Save 23 pairs of electrode nozzles in each shift. If the price is 35 Yuan / pair, save 70 to 105 Yuan. The average saving is 87.5 Yuan;
Save 42 84kWh electric power in each shift. The average is 63 kWh, save 94.5 Yuan (1.5 Yuan / kWh);
Save the coating materials 96m, about 4.8kg, then save 96 Yuan (20 Yuan /kg);
Save labor 48 hours each shift, an average of 6 hours, then save 112.5 Yuan (150 Yuan / manday);
Spray 30 50 m^{2} more in each shift, 40 m^{2} more in average. Calculated in 80 Yuan / m2, 3200 Yuan more output is made. Take 20% as profit, the net profit of more output is 640 Yuan.
In summary, save cost about 1030.5 Yuan in each shift .
(9) Reducing labor intensity
AT QD1 anti arc break arc spraying machine wire feeding device is wire push device. The spraying gun is made of high quality light material, weighting only 0.6kg, so the machine can reduce greatly the labor intensity of workers.
